Do I need to leave a deposit when I collect the bike?
A cash deposit is not required for your bike hire, but you will be asked to provide your credit card details as a security deposit.
We will require cash deposit if you have no credit card.

Do you have delivery service?
For delivery service the booking must be done at least for three days.
Free delivery locations include: Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa, Cala San Vicente, Alcudia, Puerto de Alcudia, C'an Picafort, Playa de Muro.
Delivery charges to other Mallorca's zones vary depending on the locality or the address.
The delivery charge include not only delivery but also bikes collection at the end and you only pay once, no matter whether we deliver 1 or 5 bikes.
Please note that bicycles can only be handed over to the named hirer on the contract/agreement. We will not hand over bicycles to hotel personnel or other.

At what time do you deliver the bikes?
The hours of deliveries and collections are from 9:00 to 13:00 and 16:00 to 19:00. You can choose the time slot when you make the booking online. We can't know the exact time because it depends on the number of deliveries that we have that day.
Deliveries on Sunday must be just by appointment.

Can I collect the bike from your Cycling Center?
Yes, you can collect the bike/s from Pollensa Cycling, Carrer de Vicenç Buades, 6  Puerto de Pollensa, within the opening hours from 9:00 to 13:00 and 16:00 to 19:30 Monday - Saturday and on Sunday by appointment.

Do I need to rent the bike/s for a continuous period of days?
Not necessarily. You can reserve every bike for a different period. When you make the booking, you can choose different dates for each bike.

Do you provide helmets?
Yes we can, but they are not included in the rental bike price. The price is 2 Euros per day from one to four days and 10 Euros in total if you rent for more than five days. Although we suggest you to bring your own helmet for safety's sake and for a good fit.

What accessories do you provide with the bicycle?
The following accessories are included in the bike hire price for all bikes: Pedals, computer, saddle bag with a spare inner tube and tyre levers, two water bottle cages, small pump and lock.

What pedals have the hire bikes?  Can I bring my own?
The pedals are an accessory included with the bike hire cost. We can fit the following kind of pedals: Look-Delta; Look-Keo; Shimano SPD; Shimano SPD-SL or Flat pedals. Alternatively you are welcome to bring along your own pedals.

What chainset do they have?
They all have a standard compact 50-34 chainset with 12-28 rear cassette.

Can I have a triple chainset?
No, but the bikes come with a 12-28 rear cassette, give an identical ratio to a standard triple chainset gear ratio.

What do I have to bring?
Your shoes and helmet are a must. Optional equipment includes your pedals, saddle and your own tool kit, saddle bag, pump, etc.

Who is responsible for the bikes if they are damaged or stolen?
You are responsible for the bikes you rent as you would be with any vehicle you rent. You should let us know immediately if the bike is damaged or stolen. In both cases you are responsible for the wholesale price of the bike (usually between 900 € to 1.500 € depending on the model).

Do you offer any type of insurance?
The insurance is available, but just for damage of the bike. Not for stolen or lost. The insurance doesn't cover damages occurred during cycling events, sportives and races (even triathlon). The damage cover is an option that you can choose when you fill up the online booking form of the bikes. The cost of the damage cover is 2€/day.

What are your Cancellation policies?
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the first rental day: A full refund will be returned.

Cancellations made between 29 days to 15 days before the first rental day: a refund of 50% of the total amount will be returned.

Cancellations made between 14 days to 7 days before the first rental day: a refund of 20% of the total amount will be returned. The amount to be refunded is the amount before tax.

Full price will be charged for cancellations within 7 days prior to the first rental day and no-shows.

If you return the bike/s before the last day of the hire period we will not issue a refund.

How can I pay the booking?
For an online booking the total amount of your hire period will be charged immediately to your credit card. You also can pay by Paypal or bank transfer.
If the payment is not received within 48 hours, your reservation will be cancelled automatically.

Bookings processed by our office in Puerto Pollensa will be charged at the time of signing the contract. You can pay by card or cash. We accept the following cards : Visa, MasterCard, Maestro

When is the reservation confirmed if I have chosen the payment by bank transfer?
You must send us your bank transfer receipt by email.
Your reservation will not be confirmed until we do not receive the payment in our bank account.
If we have not received the transfer in 10 days your reservation will be cancelled automatically.

Do I have to clean the bike before I return it?
No, you don't need to do it. We take care of that. Every bike is revieved and hand washed with water and plenty of soap taking extra special care with the handlebars and saddle.  When you receive your bike it will have been fully checked and in excellent working condition.

Have you any Campag equipped bike available?
No, we don't have. The bikes are equipped with Shimano Ultegra 11s
